Kalchev Real Estate Agent is one of the oldest on Bulgarian market. He is investing in Building and reselling some properties. The agent is one of the biggest in Varna and also one of the best known in Bulgaria. Mostly Kalchev Real Estates is selling some properties in Varna and the region on the seacoast, but there are some exclusions. You may find some very expensive and very beautiful houses, offices, business properties and appartments from this agent.
    One of the things that I didn't liked in this agent is the bad website. It is not made good, but full with information. Also I don't like the Bulgarian language of the site, because it will not be good for foreign buyers. But Kalchev knows what he is doing.
